Jinsha 3131 Creativity Park is located at No 3131, Jinsha River Road, Jiading district, Shanghai. It is only 8 kilometers away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. It neighbors the Shanghai Cao'an global purchase center to the north, Shanghai Central Business District (CBD) and the middle ring business circle to the east, Huichuang International Park to the west, and Shanghai Hongqiao hub port to the south.
The creativity park, covering an area of around 2.8 hectares, was renovated and built from the old industrial premises of Shanghai Jiazhen Economic Development Co. The park plans to build seven creativity office buildings and one business office in a building area of 30,000 square meters.
The main part of the renovation project has been completed and the supporting facilities project has already begun. The creativity business office finished interior designs in October 2007.
The Jinsha 3131 Creativity Zone is oriented to mainly develop web technology, R&D, design, consultation, planning and electronic media. It hopes to develop into a comprehensive modern services zone integrating enterprise headquarters, knowledge industries and high-tech industries.
